Ingredients:
•2 pcs. Milkfish/ Bangus (sliced)
•1 pc. Onion (chopped)
•3 pcs.Garlic clove (finely chopped)
•200 g. Tomato Sauce
•4 pcs. Tomato (chopped)
•1 pc. Egg
•1 tsp. PANSALT®
•In a pan, saute the onion, garlic and then the tomato. Add a little water.
•Add the tomato sauce. Let stand for a few minutes.
•Add the fried fish and the beaten egg.
•Season with PANSALT® to taste.
*NOTE: A different kind of fish can be used instead of bangus or milkfish.
